Paint and plastic!

A lot of instagram videos I've looked at is about people painting/using markers on plastic and then smudging that on paper, it looks sooo easy and it seems like it always turnes out beautiful.

I didn't have the same experience! It turned out beautiful sometimes, horrible other times. It just didn't wanna blend good with some colours, and some paint dried to fast for it to look good. While others really just dissapeard and you almost couldnt see it.

Though I did end up with these 5 cards that I really really really loved, just a tiny stamp and some small detailes in the corners and a simple frame around and they were done. On the cards that have a black base I have a white piece of paper inside so it's easy to write a few words for whoever is getting it.

All of these cards are also for sale at the store where I work MonaLiza.

Bucketcards

These easy and simple bucketcards are so decorative and different from the normal 6x6" cards I make usually. It's good to switched it up now and then so I don't get to stuck in the same old patterns.

I got the tutorial from Torill aka Screppa at a scrappbooking gathering a while back, and they are so easy I have now folded a lot of them just laying around so I can decorate at any time.

Here are some photos of my two bucketcards I made here last week. Very different, but I like them just the same. Both are at MonaLiza for sale.

For sale!

Now I have finally finished my card-stand that I made from scratch, and my cards are sold at the art-supply store I work at called MonaLiza. It's 5 different types of cards, you have normal 6x6" cards, 6x3" cards, some with different folding techniques, Kvikk-lunch cards (also fits kitkat I would believe) and a card-box that fits a 200g chocolate plate.

Just drop by and have a look. I also made to order, so if you need something special for a special occasion just send me a message.

I will post the tutorial I used on the card-stand later on, and some more detailed photos of it.

Another chocolate card!

After putting out my other chocolate cards on my blog a friend asked to buy one, so I made her a chocolate card that matched what she needed it for. Doesn't take that long, but it's a nice gift to give to someone to show that you appreciate them. And who doesn't like chocolate right? If you want to buy one, just contact me or drop by the store where I work, MonaLiza.

200g chocolate-card!

I love making these chocolate cards, they are so sweet for birthdays when you wanna give money but don't just wanna put them in an envelope. And who doesn't like to get chocolate? Be serious guys, honestly.

And I also had to try out some of the new dies I got after christmas so good excuse. I love the dreamcatcher die from Marianne Design, I just need to experiment a bit more with it before I feel "safe" with it. The stars on the purple card is also from Marianne Design.

Cards ready for sale!

It's easy, but it still takes time to put 26 cards into clearbags, but now its done and they are readdy for sale! Will show off the card-stand I made a bit later, it still need a bit more decorating before I'm happy with it.

Tri-Fold-Shutter Card

After beeing bit-by-the-bug on cardmaking I've wanted to try out a bit of different cards and not just get stuck with the 6x6" cards I Always make.

So I found this Tri-Folder-Shutter card tutorial on Split Coast Stampers. They are super easy and so decorative. And you can make a lot of bases and just have them readdy for whenever you wanna make one!

These are the 3 I've just made!

I love all my new dies and stamps I bought with my christmas-money! 🎄💞
