Prima Watercolors!

I dropped by Panduro in Östersund the other day, and I totaly fell in love with Primas Tropical Watercolor set they just got in.
I didnt buy it... i was so annoyed with myself afterwards, but I also felt like I shouldt use that much money...259SeK.
The day after me and my boyfriend went back to Östersund yesterday and I ended up getting it. And ofcours I had to try it right away. And oh my how pretty the colors are. 💛💚💙💜❤️🖤

I also bought a watercolour PAD from Cosmo Cricket to try them out with. Beautiful 💞
I love to finaly have the watercolor pallett I actually like.
These colors are so pretty, and easy to work with. I just noticed I need some good waterbrushes that will make it easier to have the paint flowing nicely.
Here is my first test sheet. And it so cute with the resist fields in white and gold on the paper.

Chameleon Markers

From the first time I heard about Chameleon Markers I've been sceptical and really not felt like it was something for me. To much hassle, difficult to use and don't have the patience for it.
But now last week I figured I wanted to try it anyway. Just because. If I didnt like it I could just sell then again.
So ended up buying two packs of 5.

I just got them today so just had one try at them so far, but was not as hard as I thought it would be... or I was just lucky on my first try.
This is my first attempt

A bit uneven, but I do like the effect a lot.
Gonna be fun to experience more with this. Wish me luck. 💞

New Stuff!

For Christmas I finally got the Sizzix Big Shot I've been wanting for months, my boyfriend totally supriced me. I was so sure I wasn't going to get it, so it was in my shopping cart at Bikuben.com ready to be bought after Christmas. Soo soo soooo happy about it!! It's been used a lot, and it's so much better then the Epic Six I've had for years and years!
But ofcours since I had saved up a lot of money to buy scrapbooking supplies for I couldn't stop there, I ended up buying a lot of other stuff from Bikuben instead; dies, crayons, paper, stamps, embossing folders, sizzix magnetic platform and so much more that I've had soooo much fun with this last few weeks.

I also got two small bags of cute charms on my huge huge order! That was so thoughtful and sweet. Always such good customer service there. It never fails and I always get help if something is broken, and they answer really quick if I ask something.
I also got these stamps from Tim Holtz that I absolutely love, gonna try to use these on fabric as well for my mom. Not sure what stamp-pad to use yet, but I will have to check!

Also my dad got me this old catalog from the 40's, so cute. Can't wait to play with it.

Cheap Canvas!

If you like to play around on Canvas but don't feel like you can afford to buy expensive ones just for trying out new techniques and seeing how things look, I would recommend $Dollar Store in Östersund (or anywhere else you can find it). These may not be good quality, and I will absolutely put down some gesso on them as a base first, but they are cheap enough for me not to be worried about ruining it or making big mistakes.

Here I have 1 30x30cm (black), 2 21x30cm (white), 4 20x20cm (2 white and 2 blacks) and 3 12x18cm (white).

Here I only have two sizes, 2 in 40x40cm (white) and 3 40x60cm (1 black and 2 white)

For all 15 canvases I only paid 250 Swedish Kroner. (aprox 30 US$). So instead of getting 4-5 canvases for that price, I got 15. So now I can play and splash all the paint and glue on stash that I want without thinking that I'm wasting money if I'm not pleased with it.

Bikuben ♥

I do love myself some scrap shopping ♥ This time it was dies, stamps, Distress Inks and Paints, alcohol ink, papers, acrylic paint, tags, stamp pads and some double sided tape refills. The best packages ever is the one that comes from Bikuben, cause it always makes me so creative and I just wanna play with everything. Here is more close-ups.

Shopping shopping shopping.

For Christmas I got a gift card at Bikuben from my boyfriend, and boy o'boy I new how to spend that... it didn't take long until it was all used up, and a little bit more. But it was sooo worth it and I love my new stuff, have been playing around with it a lot. And I have to say, my favorite out of everything has to be the stuff from Tim Holtz; Distress Paint, Thinlits Mixed Media Dies, and Framelits Die set w/stamp. I've used these sooo much and I want more of them!!!! And the best part is that it doesn't take them long to send it either, and when they have sent it, it's there in like a few days. They sent on Monday, I got it on Wednesday! And they are cheap!!

My Lot of shopping!

Here I am playing around with some of my stuff making some beautiful tags!

Though there is still A LOT more from Bikuben I want, and my shopping cart is already pretty full again... so if you want to help me get more stash, just buy me a gift card from Bikuben.com <3
