Chameleon Markers

From the first time I heard about Chameleon Markers I've been sceptical and really not felt like it was something for me. To much hassle, difficult to use and don't have the patience for it.

But now last week I figured I wanted to try it anyway. Just because. If I didnt like it I could just sell then again.

So ended up buying two packs of 5.

I just got them today so just had one try at them so far, but was not as hard as I thought it would be... or I was just lucky on my first try.

This is my first attempt

A bit uneven, but I do like the effect a lot.

Gonna be fun to experience more with this. Wish me luck. ūüíě

Bucketcards

These easy and simple bucketcards are so decorative and different from the normal 6x6" cards I make usually. It's good to switched it up now and then so I don't get to stuck in the same old patterns.

I got the tutorial from Torill aka Screppa at a scrappbooking gathering a while back, and they are so easy I have now folded a lot of them just laying around so I can decorate at any time.

Here are some photos of my two bucketcards I made here last week. Very different, but I like them just the same. Both are at MonaLiza for sale.

For sale!

Now I have finally finished my card-stand that I made from scratch, and my cards are sold at the art-supply store I work at called MonaLiza. It's 5 different types of cards, you have normal 6x6" cards, 6x3" cards, some with different folding techniques, Kvikk-lunch cards (also fits kitkat I would believe) and a card-box that fits a 200g chocolate plate.

Just drop by and have a look. I also made to order, so if you need something special for a special occasion just send me a message.

I will post the tutorial I used on the card-stand later on, and some more detailed photos of it.

Another chocolate card!

After putting out my other chocolate cards on my blog a friend asked to buy one, so I made her a chocolate card that matched what she needed it for. Doesn't take that long, but it's a nice gift to give to someone to show that you appreciate them. And who doesn't like chocolate right? If you want to buy one, just contact me or drop by the store where I work, MonaLiza.

200g chocolate-card!

I love making these chocolate cards, they are so sweet for birthdays when you wanna give money but don't just wanna put them in an envelope. And who doesn't like to get chocolate? Be serious guys, honestly.

And I also had to try out some of the new dies I got after christmas so good excuse. I love the dreamcatcher die from Marianne Design, I just need to experiment a bit more with it before I feel "safe" with it. The stars on the purple card is also from Marianne Design.

Tri-Fold-Shutter Card

After beeing bit-by-the-bug on cardmaking I've wanted to try out a bit of different cards and not just get stuck with the 6x6" cards I Always make.

So I found this Tri-Folder-Shutter card tutorial on Split Coast Stampers. They are super easy and so decorative. And you can make a lot of bases and just have them readdy for whenever you wanna make one!

These are the 3 I've just made!

I love all my new dies and stamps I bought with my christmas-money! ūüéĄūüíě

New Stuff!

For Christmas I finally got the Sizzix Big Shot I've been wanting for months, my boyfriend totally supriced me. I was so sure I wasn't going to get it, so it was in my shopping cart at Bikuben.com ready to be bought after Christmas. Soo soo soooo happy about it!! It's been used a lot, and it's so much better then the Epic Six I've had for years and years!

But ofcours since I had saved up a lot of money to buy scrapbooking supplies for I couldn't stop there, I ended up buying a lot of other stuff from Bikuben instead; dies, crayons, paper, stamps, embossing folders, sizzix magnetic platform and so much more that I've had soooo much fun with this last few weeks.

I also got two small bags of cute charms on my huge huge order! That was so thoughtful and sweet. Always such good customer service there. It never fails and I always get help if something is broken, and they answer really quick if I ask something.

I also got these stamps from Tim Holtz that I absolutely love, gonna try to use these on fabric as well for my mom. Not sure what stamp-pad to use yet, but I will have to check!

Also my dad got me this old catalog from the 40's, so cute. Can't wait to play with it.
